Jim Petrie - Owner/Artistic Director
Owner and Director of the Halifax Feast Dinner Theatre since 1989, Jim has written over 50 shows. He is a graduate of Dalhousie ( B.A., B.Ed. ) and the Banff School of Fine Arts. He founded Festival on the Bay in Glace bay and his production of Nova Scotia Songbook won him a Best Director Award in Toyama, Japan. Jim has appeared on the Neptune stage in Les Miserables, Man of La Mancha, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and Evita. His teaching has taken him from Halifax to London, England. Jim appeared at The Chester Playhouse in Back to Back Bennett celebrating the writer and lyricist Jim Bennett.

Lauren Aucoin - DeeDee
Lauren Aucoin is thrilled to be on stage at the Feast for Beach Blanket Bingo! Recently she has been see as a crime fighter and a novice nun. Aside from being a beach bum with Frankie and the gang, Lauren will be attending MSVU for Hospitality and Tourism. A big thanks to Jim, Chef and the cast for making the Feast an awesome place to be!

Bev Burrows - Marianne Meadows
Bev is thrilled to be playing Marianne Meadows in the Feast's hit summer show "Beach Blanket Bingo." In the past Bev has had a blast playing such memorable roles as Edith (All in the MacFamily,) Sophia (The olden Girls,) and Sister Mary Amnesia (Nunsence). Bev, an army brat is originally from London, Ontario where she studied music and drama at UWO and performed in the G&S productions of The Pirates of Penzance and lolanthe. Other credits include The Music Man (Banff) and Godspell (Festival on the Bay.) special thanks to Mom and Dad, Jim and to my wonderful husband Wayne.

Geordie Brown - Bonehead/ Wolfman Crack

Geordie feels honored to be making his Halifax debut with this outrageously talented cast of beach bums. Thanks to Jim for this great opportunity. I dedicate My performance to my family, friends and myself.

Josh Kogon - Rebel Rauserman/ Animal
Josh has been doing his best to make people laugh for close to ten years now. After splitting his time for years between theatre and touring the country with his two bands, he decided to domesticate and make his theatre his home. A very special thanks goes to Jim and the rest of the Feast family, and all my love to my beautiful wife Karen and my son Holden.

Christie McClelland
Christie grew up in Oxford, NS in a home filled with music.  With a singer/songwriter father and a piano playing/always singing mother, Christie began taking piano lessons and singing at the age of 5. Christie has completed Grade 8 Royal Conservatory Piano and also plays guitar.  While being passionate about music, she also has a love for science.  In May, 2009, she earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Biochemistry, achieving First Class Honours with Distinction from Mount Allison University.  While attending university, she enjoyed volunteering as a piano teacher as well as sharing her musical talents with the local nursing home.   Christie is thrilled to be part of the cast at the Halifax Feast for this season's amazing production!   

Ian Richards - Frankie

Starting at a very young age, Ian has been involved in several different productions, ranging from "Annie" and "Greese," to "Romeo and Juliet". Beach Blanket Bingo being his 4th production with the company, Ian was also spotted on the feast stage in "High school Reunion: The Musical" as Harry Grossman, "Little Hose on the Causeway" as Timmy Tannerman, and "Cod and Order: CBFU" as Stokes and Pepe. Ian is glad to be continuing his run with Petrie's Halifax Feast and can't wait to see what the summer brings!

Sarah Richardson - Musical Director/ Delilah
Sarah is ecstatic to be part of Beach Blanket Bingo. She is a huge fan of the era and is so excited to be a part of a whole show dedicated to it! This show will round out Sarah's 10th year with the Feast, and she could not be happier! Some past roles you might remember her from Garcia (Cod and Order C.B.F.U.), Carrie (Ex & the Sydneys), Sarah hails from Ontario where she received her Bachelor of Fine and Applied Arts in Theatre- Technical Production from Ryerson University. Sarah would like thank everyone at the Feast, especially Jim Petrie, for being so amazingly talented, and proving every day that if you love your job, you'll never work a day in your life. "Fiddle dee dee!"

Ben Shaw - Prof. Arthur Benlockintoshfaulk                                                                                                                                        Ben Shaw returns once again as The Professor, mostly observing from a distance and studying the sexual habits of any creature he can find. Ben hails from the small town of Harvey Station, NB. He picked up his first guitar at age 12 and hasn't put it down since, falling into deep romance he discovered his voice and began on the path to a career in music.
